When can I access my unit?
Our self-storage units are accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week.
How do I rent or reserve a unit?
Contact us online or call us today at (603) 242-7999 to inquire about availability. If you have already done that, you can fill out the online application.
What information do I need to provide to rent a self-storage unit?
To rent a self-storage unit, we require the occupant’s name, address, phone number, and email, as well as one alternate contact. Our simple, online application process shows everything that we require for renting a storage unit
Do I need insurance to rent a self-storage unit?
Insurance is not required, but we do not provide insurance for your self-storage unit. We strongly encourage our occupants to add their storage to their homeowner’s policy or renters’ insurance.
Can I rent more than one storage unit at a time?
Yes, occupants are allowed to rent multiple storage units at a time.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of month, and we allow a 5 day grace period.
Is the rate fixed when I rent a self-storage unit, or is it susceptible to change?
Rent is subject to change; however, it is something we rarely do. If the rent is raised, there will be a 30-day notice to all occupants.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, you do need to provide your own lock. We do sell a circular lock for $15 for your convenience. For your storage lock, we recommend making sure the shank is not too thick or too long to fit the storage unit.
What is the move out policy?
We require a 30 day notice emailed or mailed. The storage unit should be swept clean, lock should be removed, then notify us when you have moved out.
What is the contract length?
It’s a month to month agreement, with a minimum of 30 days notice to end the contract.
Can you store cars, motorcycles or boats?
Yes, you will need to show your license and fill out a form stating the license number, make of vehicle/boat, and proof of insurance.
Are vehicles/boats stored inside or outside?
A small vehicle and boat can fit inside. Outside storage at our Troy location is for larger vehicles and boats.
